HOW TO BOOK
1.- The customer requests room/course/camp availabilty with dates and number of people by e-mail or telephone.
2.- Once the availability is confirmed, we send information regarding the budget, indicating the deposit required to confirm reservation. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 48 hours. The rest is paid in CASH or CARD upon arrival to our center.
3.- If the customer failed to make a deposit during 48 hours after we have sent the e-mail with the quote for their reservation and confirmation of availabilty, or provided the necessary information over telephone or text, they need to contact us to check again the availability, otherwise Zoopark Famara is not liable for any overbooking.
1.- If the customer decides to cancel the booking, they must notify Zoopark Famara at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed arrival date. In this case, the client is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus 25€ as a handling fee.
2.- If the client fails to notify Zoopark Famara about the cancellation thirty (30) days prior to the booking date, the client will not be entitled to reimbursement of the amount paid. In this case the deposit will be kept for a future reservation within a period not exceeding one year, during which the student can select a new date for the completition of the course and surf camp depending on availability.
3.- If the cancellation is requested in less than seven (7) days before the booking date, the client shall not be entitled to any refund.
4.- Zoopark Famara states that with the payment of the deposit both parties agree on the conditions that have been exposed in the final e-mail, or have been discussed by telephone or text. Modifications can be made upon the arrival to the school but they can never be inferior to the original booking in number of clients, days or price. Otherwise, Zoopark Famara reserves the right to refund the money.
CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITIES DUE TO BAD WEATHER, LACK OF CONDITIONS OR MEDICAL ISSUES:
1.- If the contracted activities (Surf, Kite, Sup) are canceled due to weather conditions (a lot of rain or extreme wind or sea conditions),lack of appropriate conditions for the practice of such activities (lack of waves in the case of Surf and lack of wind in the case of Kite) or medical issues Zoopark Famara will offer the client the following possibilities:
.- Change of date for the booked activity.
.- An alternative activity.
.- If the customer cannot change the dates or is not interested in alternative activities, they will be offered a voucher equivalent to the price of the booked activity valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
